My passion for photography arrived at a very early age. As an artist, I ‘m motivated to portray the world as I see it. I seek to document my own experiences and to share with others the beauty, form and substance of the world we all share in their most elemental form.

True photographers are never bored in the presence of Mother Nature. It can be a rose in early morning light, a bird feeding its young, a scenic that expresses a mood, capturing those special moments in peoples lives, or a subject that sparks an idea. I ’m always inspired and motivated to find and explore different techniques and new challenges.

I think a photography class should be a requirement in all educational programs because it makes you see the world rather than just look at it. I have discovered that a camera allows me to see things I had never seen before. I further realized that when I started looking at the world through a lens, I began to pay attention to the beauty in the world that I had previously ignored.

In the world of photography, one never ceases to learn. No artist, painter, sculptor or photographer, arrives at any level of skill without help from past and present influences. My experience as a graduate of the N. Y. Institute of Photography and numerous lectures and workshops have helped me achieve recognition and awards from local, state, national and international levels.

Heartfelt thanks are due to my friends and other photographers who have given of themselves and supported me in my photographic endeavors as well as in my quest for that next great image.

I would like to thank God for blessing me, my wonderful husband Anthony, and my family for their constant support and encouragement.

And finally to my beloved father, whose words of wisdom and inspiration, encouraged me to pursue my dreams and to do it at the absolute best of my ability. His words are always in my thoughts and he is always in my heart.

Due to the many emails and requests I have received, I have recently started to do hands on as well as online workshops.
