About Geraldine Alexander
After retiring from a nursing career, I was able to devote more time to my lifelong interest in fine art photography.
Although I already had a comprehensive knowledge of the subject, I decided to go back to basics and enrolled in a photography 101 course at my local college. I continue to expand my knowledge through classes with both local and visiting professionals, by reading and by interacting with fellow photographers.
My travels throughout the United States, Canada, England and more recently SW Australia presented me with a wonderful opportunity for landscape photography.
More recently I have developed an interest in abstract and black and white fine art.
My award winning photos have been exhibited frequently at the Photographic Society of America annual conference and have
been sold to collectors both locally and throughout the United States.
