Life happens fast and time is fleeting at best. Capturing and holding still a finite moment in time is one reason photography appeals to me whether I am focused on a realistic composition or have as my goal a more artistic idea to finish in the digital darkroom. Macro, animal, floral, and pet photography have always been top passions of mine. More recently my photographic interest has shifted to embracing the lives of my 3 young granddaughters. Their many moods and constant changes pose both challenges and rewards that inspire me to be a better person, photographer and digital artist. The happy unexpected can be right around any corner!
